All Friday night swimmers from all Academy Groups and Squads will be divided up into 4 teams, these 4 teams will be represented by a colour.
Team lists will be EMAILED to you via Club Organiser on Friday 15th December.
As per the email that you all have probably already received, it has been decided that ALL BPSC swimmers should attend this event because it is a fantastic team building event.
Once you know your teams colour you are encouraged to wear team colours if you can. Please note that a hat will be provided.
New (and very experimental) this year, the final heat will be a ‘Parent/Guardian Race’ If you wish to take part as a parent you will be allocated to a team and will earn points for that team.
If any swimmers cannot take part, please can you inform us as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, with the words “XMAS TEAM EVENT” in the Subject. Please include your swimmers name and squad by Friday 8th of December so they can be excluded from the team lists in the first instance.
If you discover your swimmer cannot take part after that date, please also email in, so as to increase the chance of the teams perhaps being rebalanced if necessary.
Please also note that normal training sessions for squads will resume at 6pm.
