This is the annual competition for swimmers in Essex.  Qualifying times apply.

Block A

• 22 January at London Aquatics Centre (LAC)
• 23 January at Basildon Sporting Village (BSV)

Block B

• 28 January at BSV – girls 800m
• 29 January at BSV – boys 9am
• 30 January at BSV

Block C

• 25 February at BSV – Boys 1500m
• 26 February at BSV – girls 9am
• 27 February at BSV
