In a test of the depth of their swimming talent, the Basildon & Phoenix swimming club successfully competed in two simultaneous League competitions on Saturday 4th March. One team headed off to Cardiff to compete in the National Arena League ‘B’ final, and the other team had a much shorter journey to compete in round 2 of the Essex Swimming League held at their home pool in Basildon Sporting Village.
Both galas resulted in success with BPSC securing first place at both competitions. Well done to all who competed! This was BPSC’s second successive year in securing this National League B final title.
