2019 Swim England East Region Long Course Championships.

Please note that East Region has changed the location of this event to Luton Sports Village

These are the sessions for the reverse long distance freestyle events (Men’s 800m Freestyle and Womens 1500m Freestyle) which will be run as separate sessions on Saturday 18th May.

In a change to previous years, 2019 regional qualifying times may now be achieved between the 1st May 2018 and the entry closing date. This means that times registered at last year’s regional long course championships and summer national meets can now be used to enter the Championships.

It is hoped that this change will be of use to all swimmers, but particularly those competing in distance freestyle events.
