These are the annual Essex Age Group Championships which are to be held over three weekends in January and February.
- 18/19/20th Jan at Basildon Sporting Village
- Saturday 2nd Feb at London Acquatics Centre
- Sunday 3rd Feb at Basildon Sporting Village
- 15/16/17th Feb at Basildon Sporting Village
Qualifying Times apply which are available here: Essex 2019 Age Group QT’s. Times must have been achieved in the period 23rd December 2017 to 21st December 2018. All Essex QTs are based on one decimal place only – 1/100’s of a second or 2nd decimal place is ignored.
Ages are calculated based on Age on Day 31st December 2019.
Closing date for entries is 21st December 2018.
