The Club Records files have been updated to include all results for this season up to 4 August 2019. As these are the last updates for this season can everyone please double check to make sure no records have been missed.
There was one new Overall Club Record set by Lewis Binning – in the 800 freestyle, breaking his own record set in May of this year.
There were also a number of new age group records set in the last month.
New ‘Age Group’ Records:
Girls
- Ruby Wheeler 13 years –, 200 fly, # 200IM, 400 free, 1500 free.
- Vejune Petraityte 17 years – 50 breast.
Boys
- Roan Brennan 12 years– 400 free.
- Noah Jameson-Neal 15 years –800 free.
- Lewis Binning 16 years – 400 IM, *400 free, *1500 free.
# Ruby’s 200 IM time broke a record which had previously stood for over 5 years having been held by Brooke Frost since February 2014.
* Lewis also broke a couple of longstanding age group records – 400 free – held by George Epsly since October 2014 and 1500 free – held by James Bayley since December 2016.
