Nine New ‘Age Group’ Records have been set since the previous update on 17 February :
Girls:
Nicole Maynard 9 years – 50 backstroke
Ella Edwards 9 years – 200 breaststroke
Daisy Manning 10 years –200 IM, 200 backstroke#
Skye Carter 11 years – 100 freestyle.
Ruby Wheeler 13 years – 800 freestyle.
Boys:
Robert Fenner 10 years – 400 freestyle..
Daniel McGuinness 12 years – 400 IM*.
Noah Jameson-Neal 14 years –200 freestyle.
A couple of longstanding records have been broken this month:
# Daisy has set a new 200 backstroke record which she had originally equalled in December 2018 . The previous record was held by Brooke Frost and had stood for 8 years since March 2011.
* Daniel’s new 400 IM record had previously been held by Harry Nicholls and had stood since March 2013.
