Swim England East Region have today released a news item announcing an updated Entry Pack, Schedule and Qualifying Times document. You can see this news item here. Before anyone gets too excited, there are no changes to the existing events QTs.  This update is purely to incorporate the new Men’s 800m Freestyle and Women’s 1500m Freestyle.
