2026 Swim England East Region Long Course Championships

These championships take place over three weekends:

• Weekend One – 24th April 2026 – 26th April 2026 – Inspire Luton
• Weekend Two – 2nd May 2026 – 4th May 2026 – UEA Sportspark Norwich
• Weekend Three – 8th May 2026 – 10th May 2026 – Inspire Luton
