The second Bank Holiday weekend of May was the chance for the 14/Under Age Group swimmers to meet togther in Norwich to battle it out for the honours in the 2019 East Region Long Course Championships. The second phase of the 2019 East Region Long Course Championships saw swimmers competing again over the long distance events.
